1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

Before submitting a return request, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, purchase details, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Conditions

Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition;
Items must retain their original packaging, tags, and accessories;
Items must show no obvious signs of use, stains, or damage caused by the user;
Returned items are subject to inspection to confirm they meet return requirements.

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

Items that have been used or damaged due to personal reasons;
Items missing packaging or accessories, or items that cannot be resold;

   We cover return shipping costs if the item has a quality issue, was damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item;
